Please note the building allows monthly minimum stays and an application will be required to finalize your reservation. The building management reviews and needs to approve each booking. AMENITIES: This building’s extras include onsite facilities, such as dry cleaning and vending machines, hair salon, convenience store, pool, and gym. Unit has an assigned parking space. The pool and hot tub are under renovation. Beach chairs and umbrella service are included with beach access PET POLICY: This is NOT a pet friendly property. PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Mailbox key is not provided, but guests are welcome to order packages. PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service. GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors".
