LIVING AREA: The interior is divided over two floors: on the ground floor there is an air-conditioned entrance hall with double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette complete with oven, fridge, dishwasher. A French bathroom with shower and washing machine.
ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: on the first floor an air-conditioned hallway allows access to the sleeping area with two bedrooms: 1st double bedroom, 2nd bedroom with two single beds. A full bathroom with shower cubicle.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Arrival out of schedule: 20 EUR per booking.
- Baby high chair: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
