Property Manager offers you an exclusive villa on the first floor with direct access to the beach. Villa Incanto is located within a structure consisting of two residential units, completely immersed in the splendid dunes of Torre Lapillo. Villa incanto accommodates 10 people.
LIVING AREA: large air-conditioned living room / kitchen will welcome you at your entrance, complete with 2 single sofa beds and TV, enjoys a splendid sea view; dining table and chairs, kitchenette with oven, fridge, dishwasher and crockery.
ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: 3 bedrooms complete the structure, 1st air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and private bathroom complete with toilet and shower cubicle, 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bunk bed castle. In the corridor there is a second bathroom complete with toilet and shower cubicle.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
