Situated in Slabtown, a historic neighborhood between West Grand Traverse Bay, Downtown, and the Village Commons of the old State Hospital. The open floor plan offers abundant natural light, with a glimpse of the bay. *Guests must be 25 or older, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. **Please see pet policy below.** This condo is 540 square feet, located on the first floor. It features one bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen and high-capacity washer/dryer have everything you need for a weekend stay or a longer visit. As an urban property situated on a busy street, the location offers easy access to local attractions, but some street and city noise may be present. A sound machine and earplugs will be provided to ensure a comfortable stay. One designated parking spot is assigned to this unit in parking lot next door. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home.
