Little Glen Cottage is a charming 3 bed, 2 bath cottage right on Glen Lake. It’s less than a 10 minute drive to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (National Park) and the town of Glen Arbor. Swim in the lake, take a walk on the nearby hiking trails, or explore the acclaimed boutiques and restaurants of the town. Large Hot Tub with Bluetooth open year-round, Fire Pit; all the UpNorth things. We also manage Dune View Cottage next door. Please inquire about renting both!

There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use, as well as lifejackets. Hot tub is open year round!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
