However, we kindly ask for your understanding that this situation is beyond our control. This house’s architecture and design are very refreshing with lots, and lots of glass to let the light in from different spots, like the multiple ample windows, and even in the bathroom where you can take a shower with a translucent ceiling and rock walls. In case of an “emergency”, there is a desk so you or any of your guests can attend a meeting or finish some homework comfortably and on time to have a well-deserved splash at the pool. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
