WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 18 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 3. - A member of the Property Manager team will meet and greet. - A $35,000 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. - Ski-in / Ski-out dependent on snow level. - Similar homes include Ethos and Opus Vail. - This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from Property Manager. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable. - This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation. - Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
