Layout: Upstairs: King Bedroom w ensuite bathroom (shower and jacuzzi tub) Main Level: King Bedroom w ensuite bathroom (shower and jacuzzi tub) First Floor Downstairs/Basement: King bedroom w/ walk in shower First Floor Basement Common Area: Daybed (twin), trundle bed (twin), bunk bed (twin over full), and a sleeper sofa. Second Floor Basement: Pool Table, movie theater, arcade, and half bath Flat parking for 4 vehicles - concrete driveway, paved road up to the cabin We do not allow pets. However, please reach out if you are looking for a pet friendly cabin :) Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closets) via keypad entry. Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. * Please note there are 2 exterior facing cameras- 2 at the front and one on the back side of the house. This is solely to keep track of our cleaning services. * No parties- guest count must be pre approved by host. No guests over the occupancy count at any time. * Absolutely no smoking indoors * Pets are NOT ALLOWED *Guests can use the community pool for a daily rate of $5/person (also covers fishing pond access). The pool is open daily from 10am-7pm, weather permitting during the summer months. Please pack and bring your own pool towels if you plan on using it. A fishing pond is also available for use next to the pool for a daily rate of $5/person (rate also covers pool access). The pool deli has fishing poles and live bait for sale. GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation. Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival. Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
