This 2023 newly built modern villa boasts breathtaking sea views and, from its elevated gazebo, stunning views of a beautiful inland lake. It features a large front porch with shade by the pool and a second porch at the back. The spacious kitchen includes a cooking island, and the villa is luxuriously and comfortably furnished.
Located within the secure Coral Estate community, this villa is a mere thirty-minute walk (ten minute drive) from Karakter Beach, two restaurants, a spa, and a dive shop, making it ideal for your vacation.
As a rental villa designed for relaxation, it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a generous living room and kitchen space. Multiple doors lead to the veranda and pool deck, partly covered for those preferring shade and partly open for sun lovers.
The magnificent sea view is yours to behold, whether you’re enjoying the pool or lounging on the deck. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the experience.
Apart from your accommodation, you will have access to our pools with sun terrace, dedicated staff and their services. The reception is located walking distance from your apartment.
