DESCRIPTION
Creekside Manor Too is a luxury cabin conveniently located to town. Featuring
granite countertops throughout, custom large tile/glass showers and custom
iron handrailing, Creekside Manor Too is not your ordinary cabin in the
Smokies. The owners of this cabin thought of everything to make your stay as
comfortable as possible!
On the main level the spacious, open floorplan provides plenty of room to
entertain the whole family. The centerpiece of this room is the floating
staircase with iron handrailing and the floor-to-ceiling stack stone
fireplace. Step just outside of the main great room on to the wrap-around deck
and enjoy the babbling creek...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
