20 Baynard Cove is a spacious, single-level home in the prestigious Sea Pines Plantation, perfect for a relaxed Hilton Head getaway. The layout is open and bright, with views of the private waterfall pool from nearly every room. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas island cooktop, and a nearby half bath. The adjacent dining area features ample seating and a cozy bay window nook for casual meals or morning coffee.
The living room offers plenty of seating for easy conversation, while the adjoining den has a wall-mounted TV and DVR, ideal for movie nights or catching up on shows. The primary suite, located off the kitchen, includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a modern en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. A sliding door opens to the back deck and pool area.
Two guest bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations: one with a queen bed and private walk-in shower, and another with two extra-long double beds and a full bath with shower/tub. Both include ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs. A fourth room serves as a quiet office or playroom, complete with a queen sleeper sofa.
