Upgraded condo just steps from Boulder Bay Park, the lake, hiking trails, fishing & the main boulevard. Kayak & paddle board rentals conveniently located next door. A convenience market is just around the corner to help with any last minute needs. The Village, full of shops & restaurants, is just down the road a bit. You are only a few minutes from all major snow play & skiing on the mountain. Don’t feel like driving? Hop on the Mountain Transit Shuttle with a stop located near the parking lot.
After a fun filled day on the mountain or at the lake, unwind in the pool or in the heated jacuzzi. Barbecue up some savory meals on the gas barbecue or sit and relax on the porch with your favorite drink. Boulder Bay Park is just steps away for that perfect romantic stroll as the sun sets over Boulder Bay. Visiting with your family? There are plenty of board games, a smart TV to pull up your favorite shows and movies or just relax by the fireplace with some popcorn and a cup of coffee or hot cocoa.
Host is not on the premises but is available by phone or email. We offer a 24-hour response agent in case of emergencies. Big Bear Lake requires an in-person check in experience for all guests. You will need to meet with our management company located approximately 2 miles or less away and you will be provided a secure code to access the condo during your stay. This is per the ordinance passed by Big Bear Lake as is for all cabins in the City.
Boulder Bay neighborhood is located at the west end of the lake near the dam. This complex is located on the main boulevard into town and just steps from the beautiful Boulder Bay Park and lake. Due to our desirable location you may have some road noise, especially on busy weekends, or noise from the Boulder Bay Park visitors. Walk to the shore for fishing or to launch your kayak, SUP or canoe. Rentals available just steps from the condo. The Village, full of shops and restaurants, is about 5 minutes by car. The Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain snow play area and summer fun zone is only 1.6 miles away (about 3-5 minute drive)
Everything else in Big Bear is within a few minutes drive of the condo. However, if you don’t feel like driving, The Mountain Transit shuttle is a perfect option. There is a shuttle stop located right near the condo parking lot. There is a downloadable app that will make catching the MT shuttle super easy.

Parking: The City of Big Bear Lake limits Parking to a maximum of 2 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood.
All trash must be taken to the parking lot dumpster onsite.
All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy and vehicles you cannot exceed either or it is subject to immediate eviction without refund and $200 per person over occupancy.
No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line and Spa hours are prohibited between the hours of 10pm-8am per our permit and City rules.
Village distance: 7 minutes away from the home.
Slope distances: Snow Summit is 12 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 17 minutes away from the home.
We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay.
