PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: The home for rent is the upper 2 floors of a 3-story bungalow duplex (the lower unit is garden level and rented separately). Both spaces have completely separate entrances and private patios both front and back. The yard is shared (no dogs off leash).
NOTE: If bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is not fully fenced and that your dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the residence.
