Named in honor of the beloved Cooper Smith’s pool hall that was a staple of Old Town Fort Collins for decades, Coopers North brings that playful, community-driven spirit to life with its own basement “pool hall.” You’re just a short walk from Old Town Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewing, restaurants, live music, and the Poudre River Kayak Park—making it easy to explore by day and unwind at home by night.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Enjoy a fully fenced backyard with artificial turf, outdoor dining area, string lights, heat lamps, a gas grill, and a private hot tub. A detached garage includes a ping pong table, corn hole, and two complimentary bikes.
INDOOR LIVING: The lower-level game room features a full-size pool table, dartboard, and Skeech, a locally created game. A card table, board games, and a handcrafted bar make this a great space to gather!
KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishware, flatware, spices, and complimentary coffee, creamer, tea, and sweetener. The dining area seats six, with four additional barstools for meals together.
BATHROOMS: The home offers a main-floor half bath and two full bathrooms upstairs. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: Multiple Roku TVs with streaming, high-speed WiFi, a Sonos Bluetooth sound system, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer/dryer, linens and towels, keyless entry, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, an iron and ironing board, and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Garage parking for one vehicle with an EV charger, plus street parking nearby.
LOCATION: Coopers North is within walking distance to New Belgium Brewing and Old Town Fort Collins, home to restaurants, bars, shopping, and year-round live entertainment. You’re also close to the Poudre River Whitewater Park, where you can watch kayakers take on the rapids.
