There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Check in time is 4:00PM
- Check out time is strictly at 11:00AM
- Late check out fee is at $75/hr
- There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors
- No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
- No outside guests without permission granted first
- Only one towel will be provided per guest per stay.
- There's a $100 penalty for lost key fob
- Minimum age is 22 - exceptions are made for student and intern housing
- Pets Policy
- - max. of 2 pets per stay
- - weight should be 40lbs or below (combined)
- - additional fee of $75-300 depending on length of stay to be collected separately
- - Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiff/Mastiff, are unfortunately not allowed,Start: 21:00, End: 8:00
