Mallorca Villa 1466 sits at the foot of the stunning UNESCO Tramuntana mountains in the quiet highly sought after area of La Font, Pollensa. This family holiday home located in the North East of the island is a 50 minute drive from Palma Airport, just a short walk from Pollensa town, and a 10-minute drive to Port de Pollenca where you will find stunning beaches, boats, restaurants, bars and shopping.
With 5 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and 3 with balconies, all of which offer stunning views of the surrounding area, this villa is the ideal holiday destination for a large family or for two families with children.
The rear garden boasts a 15-metre, salt-water, heated swimming pool, with electric pool-cover. In the South East corner of the garden, you’ll find a large relaxing Bali-bed and Hammock areas surrounded with exotic tropical plants, a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons and watch the sun go down over the mountains.
On entering, you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking hallway with sweeping stairs and designer ambient lighting, leading through to a bright open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, a self-contained utility room and private snugplayroom.
The kitchen, with large islandbreakfast bar, has everything you need including a large oven, gas stove microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, Nespresso and tons of kitchen gadgets for juicing, smoothie making etc. along with a solid wood dining table that accommodates 10 for breakfast lunch and dinner.
The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American style fridge freezer and a separate sinkdrainer.
The Snug is the hub of entertainment, with a 50’ UHD 4K TV, Streaming UK TV, Blu-ray player, tons of films, stacks of board games & puzzles (for all ages), a selection of superb books, a comfy L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a poolsnooker table that flips over into an air-hockey table.
Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, while upstairs leads to three more bedrooms; all bedrooms have their own bathroom, black-out blinds, plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes, cabinets and draws. Two of the master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) have a safe mounted discreetly in the wardrobe.
The Villa has high-speed internet, so you’ll enjoy connected living throughout the Villa and into the gardens. The Villa boasts air conditioning and central heating throughout and is secured by a monitored security alarm.
