Experience the breathtaking scenery of Big Bear Lake from the luxury of your room at Lakefront at the Village. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located at Forest Shores with its own private boat dock (subject to availability) Everything is within a short 5 minute walk at this gorgeous updated retreat. Did we mention it’s lakefront? To top it all off, the 4th of July Firework Show is located directly in front of this retreat. Dock is seasonal and subject to change in the winter.
Kitchen-Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Microwave, Cooking Basics (pots, pans, salt and pepper) and Dishes & Utensils (forks, spoons, cups, bowls, etc.) and Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender and Toaster.
Living Room- Great room that is open to the kitchen and dining area. Balcony with natural gas BBQ off of the living room with amazing lake views. Features a Queen sofa bed.
Master Bedroom- King bed, Roku smart TV with all streaming apps and Spectrum Cable streaming service, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan and sliding door to balcony with 2 rocking chairs and lake views. Twin roll away bed (one).
Second Bedroom- King bed and Roku smart TV with all streaming apps, Spectrum Cable streaming service, dresser and large desk area. Fold-up bed rollaway in closet.
Outdoor-Dining table and chairs, lakefront views, community boat dock, Bbq and walk to Village.
Home Layout: Above the garage, guests must climb stairs to access the space. The second floor includes the bathroom and living room. The third floor features a bathroom, bedroom, and master bedroom.
Parking: 2 parking spaces in the parking lot. Parking spot not assigned.
Pet: Please let us know right away if you plan to bring your dogs, we allow up to 2 dogs (no cats please) at $85 per dog. Please be sure to clean up after your pets and do not allow them on beds or furniture. Please also do not leave them unsupervised.
Big Bear Lake Central is the heart of Big Bear. This area reaches from Metcalf Bay to Meadow Park and includes the Performing Arts Center, Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain, The Village, Veterans Park, Holloway’s Marina, Big Bear Marina, Pine Knot Landing and Swim Beach.
Free Big Bear Trolley:
Mountain Transit’s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
