Welcome to The Weston! Upon entering our home, you’ll be greeted by a long hallway leading through the house. If you follow this hallway to the end, you’ll enter our bright, open concept living, kitchen and dining area. To the left, you’ll see our living room, which has an overstuffed leather couch, two lounge chairs, a 65-inch TCL Roku TV, gas fireplace and gorgeous modern flair. This is the perfect place to dive into a good book, cuddle up for a movie on the couch or challenge your crew to a friendly game of cards.
Head directly to the right of the living room and you’ll enter our kitchen. Our granite island and three barstools sit in the center of this space - if you look closely, you’ll notice that the feet of barstools are actually bike pedals! These are fun little nod to the thriving bike culture here in NWA. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. Through the archway in the kitchen, you’ll see our stunning 6-top dining table.
When it’s time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury beds:
(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, huge closet, dresser, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and stunning en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(4) Finally, our Queen-size air mattress can be found in the hall closet.
Head outside to enjoy our backyard living space! Exit through the back door in our living room and you’ll find yourself on our back porch, which has a BBQ grill and 4-top outdoor dining table. From here, you’ll also have access to our fully fenced-in backyard.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
