The newly-remodeled Woods on Sequoyah is located in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity of the University of Arkansas Campus, Dickson Street, the Historic Downtown Square, Wilson Park and the Razorback Greenway!
Enjoy TWO units, both with two bedrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, a cozy living room and direct access to a private back patio. Outside, relax in any of our FOUR outdoor lounge areas, all with unmatched views of the Ozarks and Mount Sequoyah.
When you walk through the front door on the top level of our home, you’ll see our bright, cozy living space to the right and our dining and kitchen area to the left. In the living room you’ll find a leather couch and foot stool, two spinning chairs, a Hisense Roku Smart TV, a natural wood burning fireplace, a two-top dining table, a fully-stocked bar cart and a door leading to the upper deck.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM - No parties or events. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000 - Pets are allowed with a small fee. - This is a no smoking home, if you smoke in the home you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside. - Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged.
