Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- - Please do NOT park in the garage. We have provided that space as secure storage of bikes and belongings.
- - No riding shoes inside, please!
- - Trash is located in the backyard, behind the shed. Trash day is Tuesday, so if you are staying on a Monday night, please put the bins by the curb.
- - Extra pillows and linens are located in the closets of each bedroom.
- - For the overall cleanliness of our spa, please shower off any excess dirt before use. To use the hot tub, follow these instructions:
- 1. Start by removing the lid. To do this, release the 2 clips at the front of the spa and fold back the first half of the lid. Next, raise the lid back.
- 2. Turn on the jets & lights using the LCD screen on the front of the spa. There are 2 jet options, we recommend turning on both.
- 3. Adjust the temperature of the spa using the arrows on the LCD screen. We recommend 95-104 for a comfortable spa experience.
- 4. When you're done, please turn off the jets and lights. Be sure to put the lid back on and secure the clips.,Start: 22:00, End: 10:00
