When you’re not soaking in the sights and sounds of Fayetteville, come home to our stunning 6 bedroom, 5 & a half bath home with a massive yard. A home that perfectly embodies the rich history of the area. While you’re here, enjoy our three spacious living rooms, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of seating, and sleeping for up to 12 guests. Our home sits on nearly an acre-lot with a beautiful creek that runs through it and is decked-out with entertainment opportunities - featuring outdoor seating, 3 fire pits (two on front patios, one back yard), a grill, wooden swing, fenced in garden, covered patio, corn hole, a play fort, gazebo, and tire swing. Welcome home, friends!
When you first enter our home, you’ll be greeted by our first of two living rooms, featuring a large cozy sectional, lounge chair, working fireplace, and 62-inch Vizio Smart TV. This is our favorite place in the house to curl up with a book and a cup of coffee - you’ll never be more relaxed. A 6-top dining table sits between the living-kitchen area, offering a comfortable place to enjoy meals. Our kitchen features a massive granite island, high-end amenities and appliances including a Sub-Zero fridge and freezer, plenty of built-in storage and butcher block countertops. Not to brag, but our kitchen is a total stunner.
Through the kitchen, you’ll find our second living and second dining area. Though there’s a lot to love about this space, our favorite thing has to be the number of windows. Views of the yard and natural light can be enjoyed through our gorgeous paned windows on three out of four walls in this room. Here you’ll also find our ultra-comfy overstuffed couch, lounge chair, board games, 44-inch Vizio TV and 4-top dining table.
On the second floor, guests will also have access to our office / laundry area. This room features a desk, swivel chair, large whiteboard, Samsung washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, rolling laundry bin and hooks to dry clothes. Here, you’ll also find huge, stunning windows overlooking the backyard. This is the place where we get stuff done while on vacation!
But that is not all! There is a newly renovated basement apartment that has even more amenities and space for your crew! The apartment can be accessed through the front door on the lower section of the patio. The apartment is studio-styled, so when you walk in, you will immediately see the king bed and the main living area- complete with a 65-inch Smart TV and small sitting space. To the right of our living is a game room with a 75-inch Smart TV and a ping pong table! The apartment also has a fully stocked kitchen and a four-person dining space.
