Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by our open-concept living space, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, cozy seating, log-cabin interiors, a 55-inch Smart TV with streaming, and views of the lake. Just off the living room is our fully equipped kitchen, complete with the essentials you’ll need to make your favorite home-cooked meals while on vacation. Enjoy family-style meals or a few rounds of your favorite board games at our dining table.
Spend your days basking in the sun on our back patio or back yard - all just STEPS from Beaver Lake. Our back patio features cozy seating and outdoor dining space for your crew to enjoy meals fresh off the Big Green Egg grill. Our treehouse is situated in the backyard, offering the ultimate movie night experience, with a Smart TV and plenty of space to lounge. When you’re ready to hit the water, we’ve got you covered! We have float boards, a canoe, an inflatable raft, and an inner tube all for guest use on the water. Best of all, enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the lake from our home every night!
When you’re not enjoying our outdoor space, the log-cabin interior offers 2 private bedrooms (one King, one Queen/Twin/Twin), a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with cozy seating around the wood-burning fireplace.
At the end of an adventure-packed day, unwind in either of our 2 private bedrooms, both complete with luxury linens and bedding. Our King Suite features a plush bed, 35-inch Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious claw-foot soaking tub + walk-in shower. Our second private bedroom features a Queen bed, a Twin day bed with a Twin trundle, and a 35-inch Smart TV.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
★ Not pet-friendly.
★ Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access. This restriction is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which prohibits private docks from being used for commercial purposes, including short‑term rentals.
★ There are 2 canoes available for guest use. There is no designated storage area, but they should be pulled away from the water to prevent it from drifting.
★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
