Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM - No parties or events. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000 - Pets are not allowed. - This is a no smoking home, if you smoke in the home you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside. - Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged. - Please note there are exterior cameras facing the driveway for security purposes. -Please note you cannot park in the shared driveway.
