The Home
This is a gorgeous 1 bed apartment in the heart of Pimlico. It is a fabulous base for exploring London from, tastefully decorated with divine antiques and fully equipped to meet your every need at the end of a long day out in the city. It’s in a great location, with many attractions being no more than a 20 minutes’ walk away.
The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of space to store your clothes. The sitting room has ample seating space with a small TV and a fireplace, and the attached kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate cupboard on the landing outside the flat, containing a washer and dryer that only guests at this home can use.
Guests have access to the entire flat.
Victoria Station: Underground (Circle & District and Victoria Line), 8min walk from the home. National Rail services from here as well.
Pimlico Station: Underground (Victoria Line), 10min walk

Food & Drink: There are fantastic gastropubs in the area, including The Orange and the Thomas Cubbitt. Hunan is an exciting Chinese culinary experience for those looking for something a bit different; there is no menu, you just tell them what you don't like and how spicy you like your food before you receive multiple amazing tapas-sized dishes. You do need to pre-book. Pimlico Road Farmer's Market is set on Orange Square and showcases a multitude of local British produce. Tachbrook Street market is a buzzing hive of activity and the perfect spot to collect some fresh groceries from. Attractions: Buckingham Palace is less than 20 minutes away. Westminster Abbey is nearby as well. The Tate Britain is also less than 20 minutes away. Battersea Power Station is across the river. The Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and the National History Museum are all less than 30 minutes away. Outdoor Areas: Hyde Park is about 25 minutes away, and has paddle boats to rent. St. James's Park is less than 20 minutes away. Across the river is Battersea Park.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
