This artistic period flat situated in a quiet courtyard in South Kensington is the perfect peaceful retreat after a day of exploring London. The spacious living room is the heart of the house with the walls covered in paintings you will discover a new detail everyday throughout your stay. It also provides access to the charming patio for your morning coffee. The cosy bedroom boasts a comfortable and inviting king size bed ideal to recharge after a day out. Guests will have access to the whole flat. The flat is a 7 min walk from the South Kensington tube station (Piccadilly, Circle and District Lines). There is also a bus stop 2 minutes away from the property: C1 (Victoria Station - White City Bus Station) 430 (Danebury Avenue / Minstead Gardens - Victoria & Albert Museum) Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking. The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
