This delightful 1 bed flat is well-designed throughout, all the way from the bedroom right through to the beautiful high-ceilinged living room. It is close to many amenities and is in a charming area of London. The property is situated on the raised ground floor of the building within a very quiet residential street just across from Brompton Cemetery. Upon entering the flat you will enter the very brightly decorated kitchen/dining area. This area will have all the dishes and appliances you need for your stay. Next to the kitchen is the living room, which includes cable & smart TV. Down the corridor is the bedroom where you have a King bed and a wardrobe to store your things in. The bedroom also has its ensuite shower room on the one side and the other a separate loo. Guest has access to the entire flat. Earl’s Court Station: Underground (District and Piccadilly Lines). It is a 10 minute walk from the house. West Brompton Station: Overground and Underground (District line). It is an 8 minute walk from the house. There is a bus stop just down the road. Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking. The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
