Sagrada Familia Forest is a 700 sq.ft. / 65 sq.m. bright two-bedroom apartment located in Barcelona, around the corner from the Basílica de la Sagrada Família and just a 15 minutes walk from the lively neighborhood of Gràcia and the fancy Passeig de Gràcia, with its luxury boutiques and modernist landmarks.
Upon entering this unit, you’ll be met by the bright living room which has a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a wide dining table for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with first brand appliances, including a washer-dryer combo, a dishwasher and a microwave-grill, as well as a countertop oven.
The master bedroom is exterior and has two single beds that can be fitted together as a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Located right next to it, there is a second bathroom that also comes with a walk-in shower.

The Sagrada Familia neighborhood is based upon the Basilica Sagrada Familia. The most important work from Gaudi's Modernista movement is the center and main attraction of the neighborhood. It has a major circulation of tourists and it's a few blocks away from important avenues like Diagonal Avenue and Meridiana Avenue

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
