Spacious house 600m from Maresias Beach, with 220m² and capacity for up to 7 guests. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, all with fans and comfortable beds.
Outdoor area with garden, deck with lounge chairs, cozy balcony, barbecue and sea view. In addition to the beach, there is a waterfall just 200m from the house. Ideal for relaxing, enjoying nature and making the most of all that Maresias has to offer.
- It is mandatory to hire our housekeeper to help during your stay (additional cost).
- We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels and beach towels.
- Visitors are not allowed.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible must send a photo/selfie holding the document and valid documents with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport) for signing the rental agreement.
- - Noise and use of speakers after 10 pm are prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine of at least one daily rate.
- - Parties, events or bachelor parties are not permitted.
- - Visitors are not permitted.
- - Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - We do not provide linens; guests must bring pillows, sheets, blankets and towels (bath and beach).
- - Hiring a housekeeper for support during the stay is mandatory (additional fee).
- - There is a security deposit of R$ 1,500.00, which will be returned if there are no damages or unforeseen events.
