The Home
On 130 m², our Chalet provides ample space for up to 9 people. Your chalet up to 9 persons with IR-sauna features 3 bedrooms (double beds, single beds and pull-out couch in the living room), 2 bathrooms, a separate WC and a furnished terrace.
The kitchen in our Chalet is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker (filter machine). A small Property Manager starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.
Highlight: The private infrared sauna for pure relaxation after an active day amidst Naturpark Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
