Dolphin Pointe Condos is a gorgeous waterfront community on the Northside of the Dunedin Causeway 2 miles from Honeymoon Island Beaches.
It has stunning views of the water that allows daily views of the dolphins and other marine wildlife. Must be 25 to rent and there is a 30 day minimum stay.
There is a heated pool, BBQ grill, social calendar, clubhouse that includes TV, ping-pong table, and books. Location is within walking and/or biking distance to Pinellas Trail. Unit is water view so you can sit on the porch and watch the dolphins and the unbelievable sunsets.
There is also an amazing pier you can watch sunsets, marine life, or fish from. Location is short-drive to downtown Dunedin and downtown Palm Harbor.
Location is on the Dunedin Causeway which takes you straight out to Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island. Honeymoon Island has 4 miles of white sandy beaches and is a "must see" destination. There are stores, banks, and fast food places within easy walking distances. For Golf lovers, bring yoru clubs as the PGA Copperhead Course at Innisbrook is nearby along with the Dunedin Country Club.
Biking and Kayaking is a guest favorite at this location and we have storage for both.
Washer & Dryer are located in a central location on 1st floor!
Clearwater beach is just South where Sunset, Dolphin, Dinner, and Pirate Ship Cruises can be booked.
There is a 135.00 non-refundable Application/Background Check for all applicants for your safety.
