Pool Heating Policy: Pool heating is optional and available for an additional $75 per night or $400 per week. Zero Tolerance Party Policy: This property enforces a STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY. The City of Scottsdale rigorously enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and removal of this property from hosting platforms. Guests must respect the neighborhood and adhere to quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Security & Noise Monitoring: For guest safety and occupancy verification, a Ring doorbell camera is installed and is used only for monitoring real occupancy and emergency situations.
