We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Tempe takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. Property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). A Ring Camera at the front door, over garage and the backyard RV gate are installed to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency situations only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company.
