The LUX @ Craftsman 6-plex is located directly in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The West facing units are in close proximity to other business, but most operate during daytime business hours. The East facing units do overlook Craftsman Court and are almost directly across the street from the Rockbar. Although this complex is built the state of the art sound dampening materials, there still may be noise after dark from the neighboring businesses & street as well as adjacent units.
Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
