The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels. A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes. The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company.
