There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - 4WD will be necessary in snowy/icy conditions. **Please Note: The fireplace in the living room is only decorative. Please do not burn fires here.
