Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Immediate eviction without refund for smoking or vaping of anything inside our home and for parties/gatherings that create disturbances to our neighbors.
- WE LOVE PETS POLICY
- We are a pet-friendly company! A few notes about our policy:
- - Pet Fee of $150/per pet. Pets not allowed without preapproval
- -Pets are NOT allowed to be left unattended in the cabin unless they are crated. If not crated, they MUST not be left alone and must be taken with the guest. This is for the safety of your pet and our home.
- -We do not let our dog out into the back yard to go to the bathroom. We walk him along the road and we pick up after him. There will be a $350 pet waste cleanup if you fail to walk and scoop up after your pet.
- -Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds at any time.
- ADDITIONAL GUESTS IN EXCESS OF THE INITIAL RESERVATION
- Only the number of guests, in the initial reservation, are authorized to access the rental which includes onsite at the property unless you have prior approval from the owner
- Failure to notify the host of additional guests and/or having more guests than authorized on the reservation could result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
- AVOIDABLE FEES
- Removing cigarette and marijuana odor $150 fee
- Cleaning/removal of excess garbage, grease, etc $100
- Removing excessive pet hair, urine, etc $150
- Damaged, Stained or Missing Linens, Bedding or Towels, $50+I
- MPORTANT
- Please be advised that we will need you to provide the information needed for us to fill out a form required by HOA, it must be submitted 3 days before your arrival.
- Please refrain from flushing any items that could potentially clog the toilet. We strive to maintain a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that a $500 fee will be charged for any repairs needed due to a clogged toilet.
