The remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counters is fully stocked and perfect for crafting meals or enjoying appetizers before heading to the Brigantine, a local favorite restaurant with crispy fish tacos, oysters, and cold beer. The ocean-view living room’s expansive sliding glass doors transform your space into a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. Extra patio chairs allow you to soak in the sunset. Explore the gorgeous walking trails along the bluff with panoramic views of the surf and sand. Community amenities include a sparkling pool and spa. Short drive to all of San Diego’s world-famous attractions including the Del Mar Racetrack. This property has been a vacation rental for several years with wonderful reviews (5 star average!). THINGS TO LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: \- Condo is in the beautiful gated community Del Mar Shores Terrace which has recently updated all the gate safety features throughout the complex keeping the community secure and peaceful. \- Walking distance to the beach with dedicated community beach access \- Lots of natural light and windows \- Dedicated parking space in gated garage \- Community Pool & Hot Tubs overlooking the bluffs \- Community Washer & Dryer close to the unit THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: -Kitchen remodeled in 2025 with new cabinets, quartz counters -New carpet 2025 \- This house does not have air conditioning, only coastal breezes and fans \- Sleeps 4 max (including children) (King size bed + pull out sofa) \- No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties OR anywhere in the complex \- No pets -For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot -Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door and parking. The complex does not have elevators or luggage carts. -This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don’t monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking. \- 1 assigned parking space in gated garage Located just a short walk to everything including dining, shopping and entertainment, you’ll have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach! We hope you enjoy your stay! Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests. Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.
