The Vélo 1 Bedroom Condo

The Vélo Cityside Condo is the perfect balance of luxury, affordability, and chic urban living in a safe and walkable area of downtown Salt Lake City. It is located near Salt Lake’s famous Library Square, and has lots interesting cafes, restaurants, and attractions nearby. There is a trolley stop about a block from the condo which can take you to any of the attractions in Salt Lake City within a few minutes. Furnished with the most discerning traveler in mind, this condo will feel like home! Travelers looking for modern amenities will love the rooftop patio with it’s oversized hot tub, fireplace, comfortable lounge chairs, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Rocky Mountains. If you feel like staying inside, there is an indoor movie theater on site that screens free movies from time to time, or you can reserve the whole theater if you’d prefer to do a private movie screening. There is also a large 24-hour fitness center that has plenty of cardio machines, free weights, and cable machines that will satisfy even the most avid exercise enthusiast. Parking is free and is located in a secure indoor garage out of the weather. One parking spot is free and if you need a second spot, let us know ahead of time and we can reserve one for you, upon availability. The condo unit itself is furnished with much nicer furniture and décor than you’re going to find in other vacation rentals. The bed has an ultra- comfortable memory gel mattress, plus we provide several different styles of pillows to satisfy any sleeper; whether you’re a side-sleeper, back-sleeper, or stomach sleeper, we’ll have a pillow for you to choose. In addition to the several TVs in the common lounges throughout the property, your unit has a large TV in the living room and a small TV in the bedroom - both of which have several streaming services loaded on them that are ready for you to log into. The sofa in the living room is a pull-out queen bed and has an upgraded mattress so that it doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping on a sofa bed. Finding a safe vacation rental in a downtown urban environment is important. That’s why we bought this condo - it’s located in a very safe neighborhood that is walkable, plus the condo complex was built with security in mind; nobody gets onto the property without an electronic key. The parking is extremely secure, with multiple safety and security features throughout the indoor garage.
