serene conservation. This 6 bedroom home, with recently renovated kitchen,
offers plenty of space for all of your family to enjoy an amazing vacation!
Well located within the gated Resort of Terra Verde, it is just a short drive
to all of the attractions, shops and restaurants that Central Florida has to
offer!
The property features two spacious living areas; the primary is located at the
rear with views out to the pool deck, furnished with comfortable leather sofas
and large screen TV. The secondary, towards the front of the home, also
furnished with leather sofas and large TV providing plenty of room for your
family to spread out and relax.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
