There is a HUGE lanai/balcony for your comfort. Relax & watch all of the
exciting activity in the heart of Ali’i Drive below. (Cruise ships, sight-
seeing boats, outrigger canoes, and fishing boats---All can be watched from
this gem of a Lanai.) Kona Village closes down by 9:00 PM, so after nine the
only thing you will hear from the Lanai are the ocean waves.
This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or
several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to
have a car in Kona.
Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo
very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.
Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ
decks with great views of the ocean/mountain.

Target are a short drive away.
The owners of Unit#210 want to provide the best service possible for their
guests.
Property Manager will offer guests who book Unit#210 the following additional

Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2\. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store
before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you

3\. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive fresh flowers & a
Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4\. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book
Kona Plaza#210 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their
arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and
ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!
