Located just off of MLK Jr Boulevard in beautiful Covington, KY, you will be in the perfect spot for easy and quick access to everything that Covington has to offer, and it’s just a few minutes away from downtown Cincinnati! Enjoy a private patio off the primary bedroom for a little time outdoors, plus laundry units and full kitchens in each apartment! With 4 comfy beds in 3 bedrooms in one apartment and 3 beds and 2-bedrooms in the other, this condo combo can accommodate up to 14 guests! Enjoy two full kitchens stocked with all the essentials for everyday cooking, as well as 3.5 bathrooms supplied with soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. You will also find washers and dryers in both condos for your use. Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the both condos. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.
