The villa itself has four large bedrooms, each with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs, while the fourth is downstairs. All upstairs bedrooms have Teak hardwood floors with split air-conditioning and 50" HD LCD televisions. All bathrooms, which are finished in natural stone, marble, or granite, have walk-in showers.
