Quiet beach neighborhood away from PCH in one of Malibu's most popular beach communities. We value our neighbors therefore we only will host guests who will be respectful to our community. It's a privilege to be able to share the space in this format with travelers and we care deeply about out neighbors wellbeing. This means no loud noises after hours (9pm to 8am), or any inappropriate behavior. Any guests who disturb the peaceful enjoyment of our community will be asked to leave and a refund will not be given.

Access and Accessibility

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
