Welcoming recently restored house with private swimming pool located a short distance from the lovely town of San Gimignano (5 km away). This house is a portion of a beautiful country-side villa and offers a large, well-kept private garden. Outside guests can also enjoy use of a nice portico overlooking the garden ideal for al-fresco dining.
The property owners live next door but have independent entrance.
Villa Sabrina is within easy reach of Tuscany’s most important places of interest such as Florence, Siena, Volterra and the Chianti Classico region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: San Gimignano with shops of all kinds about 5 km away, Poggibonsi 8 km, Volterra 35 km away, Siena 45 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa 85 km, Lucca 90 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – min. depth 0,8 m – max. depth 1,65 m), barbecue. Washing-machine available. The house provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
