Lying on a plain that slopes gently down to the sea, Valledoria is a small seaside village, ideally located for exploring the most beautiful beaches of North Sardinia.
The villa, filled with natural light, has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an independent swimming pool, an infrared sauna with 4 seats, a large garden with private parking and a barbecue.
Guests have the entire area of the villa at their disposal with comfortable sun loungers, outdoor furniture, two parasols and an infrared sauna.
Villa Giorgia, located at La Ciaccia, near Valledoria, is an elegant, newly built residence, designed for the comfort of guests, with large outdoor spaces and spacious terraces furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the Gulf of Asinara.
The modern, linear interior and the light, relaxing colours make it the undisputed destination for families and groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together close to the beach.
The kitchen adjacent to the living room is the centrepiece of the villa and communicates with the large covered and furnished veranda where you can all eat together in the cool of the summer.
The veranda is furnished with a large table for 10 people so our guests can eat outside during their stay.
Inside the villa and adjacent to the kitchen, the large living room offers a comfortable lounge with a TV corner, WiFi and a table for 10 people.
THE VILLA
The villa is divided into three levels connected by an internal staircase.
Overall, Villa Giorgia has 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms.
In addition to the 5 bedrooms in the villa there are 5 bathrooms. 3 en-suite and two serving the other rooms.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and the rooms on the first floor, while the rooms in the tavern (which are in themselves very cool) have ceiling fans.
The spacious indoor and outdoor areas that characterise Villa Giorgia, as well as the modern architecture with its stately impact, offer guests a pleasant feeling of space and freedom.
In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal when returning from the beach, where you can use liquid soaps.

Villa Giorgia offers indoor parking and various outdoor spaces including the garden furnished with deckchairs and parasols.
Guests have the entire area of the villa at their disposal. Six comfortable deckchairs are at the guest’s disposal, as well as outdoor furniture and two beach umbrellas.
Relaxation, nature, sea, culture, sun, and good food are some of the aspects that guests can enjoy.
