Please be sure to bring a valid government-issued ID with you at check-in. For security purposes, the concierge must confirm that the name on the reservation matches the guest checking in. If someone other than the person who booked will be arriving, please notify us in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in process. Once inside, you’ll receive a digital door code (sent in your check-in instructions) that provides keyless entry to the condo. For added convenience, a key fob will be provided inside the unit, allowing you to freely enter and exit the building throughout the remainder of your stay without needing to check in again with the concierge.
