outside of the heart of Joshua Tree Village. We’re sure you’ll feel right at
home and enjoy the beautiful views, colorful sunsets and endless stargazing.
Interested in hiking? Take a 5-minute walk down the road to the Coyote Hole
hiking trails and after a full day of exploring the Joshua Tree National Park
(just a 5 minute drive up the street), enjoy a relaxing dip in the large hot
tub. Guests will have complete and private access to the entire home and
property. The house is fully remodeled and styled with quality kitchen
amenities, cozy beds and mattresses, soft cotton linen bedding, and stylish
furniture for a splendid desert aesthetic.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to
complete the reservation
• POOL
The pool is 4ft deep. NO diving is allowed at anytime. Currently, the pool is
not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be
aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s.
• OUTSIDE MUSIC
Any and all amplified outside music is not allowed per the county code. We do
not supply any speakers and we do not allow any speakers at the property.
• PETS
Pets are not allowed at this property due to the homeowner having severe
allergies and asthma
• DIRECTIONS
GPS should bring you easily to the property
• A/C & Heater
The Alana House is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning
to keep you comfortable all year long.
• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames
fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.
If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit,
using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane
firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be
terminated and there is a $200 fine.
• HOT TUB + POOL - legal
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host
and Host’s employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims,
liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest’s
household or guest’s guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or
Host’s agents resulting from guest’s use of the pool.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included
in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
That includes day guests and over night guests.
• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify
your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie.
This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the
credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This
process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-
encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input
in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled
using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top
of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way
function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a
string of text. No keys are used.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand
