Flip Flop Daze is conveniently located in family-oriented Seacrest Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. There is plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment within walking or biking distance and Seaside is a short drive to the west on Scenic Highway 30A.
The Seacrest community features a 12,000 square foot lagoon pool and amphitheater. If you prefer the beach, hop on the complimentary tram (runs seasonally) for a quick ride to the sugar white sand and emerald water.
The ground floor of Flip Flop Daze hosts a spacious living room and dining area that is ideal for family and friends to gather and watch their favorite movie or sporting event on the 55” flat screen TV. The well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances is perfect for preparing family meals or snacks for the beach and pool. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
