New in 2018, 91 San Juan is a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4 balconies, and sleeps 10. It’s in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just 300 yards to beach access and 1.25 miles to Seaside.
Outside, the private pool is very inviting. Along with a large Green Egg grill, this is a vacation highlight, an excellent area for the entire family to unwind. Overlooking the pool area is the screened-in back porch. This wonderful space, with a hanging day bed, can be accessed through the French doors in the open living area.
The interior is bright and charming, with high-end finishes, hickory wood floors throughout, 10’ ceilings on both levels and quartz countertops in the baths and in the gourmet kitchen, which includes commercial-grade KitchenAid appliances. The spacious dining area comfortably seats 8.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
