Walk to beloved local restaurants, a vintage soda shop, and the lively dining and bar scene at Shem Creek, all just steps from your door! Inside, the main living area is located on the second floor and features a bright, open layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen flows easily into the dining and living spaces, with seating for eight at the table and additional seating at the island. Step onto the cozy balcony to enjoy a coastal breeze and quiet neighborhood views. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, seating area, and a private balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk in shower. The second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite bath with a tub and shower combination. A third bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath is located on the ground level and is accessed separately from outside, offering added privacy for guests. One parking space is available beneath the home for a small or compact vehicle, with additional street parking nearby where permitted. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
